How do Neon signs work?
Our Neon signs are very easy to operate. Your Neon light simply plugs into a regular power socket using a standard power adapter which is provided with every sign and suited to your delivery location. Our signs include 2-metre transparent exit wires that connect to a power pack (2-metres) making a total approximate length of 4 metres of cable to reach any power outlet. If you require additional length to suit your space, please just let us know.

Your Neon sign also includes a free remote and dimmer, giving you complete control to adjust the brightness and mode to create the perfect ambience. It’s really that simple! Please note all remotes are powered by two (2) AA batteries.

How long do LED neon signs last?

Mr & Mrs Neon only use the highest grade neon flex technology and materials, providing our customers with superior quality neon signs that have a significantly longer lifespan compared to other companies. Our LED neon lights can last up to over 100,000 hours, whereas our competitors can only guarantee a lifespan of approximately 50,000 hours – reflecting the level of unrivalled quality which is backed by our extended warranty on all of our signs.

Does neon use a lot of electricity?

No. LED neon lights consume significantly less energy than traditional glass neon lights. LEDs (light-emitting diodes) are highly energy-efficient and convert a greater percentage of electricity into light, minimizing wasted energy in the form of heat. This energy efficiency translates to reduced electricity consumption and lower greenhouse gas emissions.

LED neon lights also have a significantly lower carbon footprint compared to traditional glass neon lights due to their energy efficiency and longer lifespan. The reduced energy consumption translates to lower greenhouse gas emissions, contributing to a smaller carbon footprint over the life cycle of the lighting system.

Are they hard to install?

All of our neon signs are quite simple to install and do not require professional installation or maintenance. Our neon signs come with pre-drilled holes on the acrylic backboard to make mounting or hanging installation seamless.

There are a few different ways you can install your neon sign depending on the location and surface material, however, all Mr & Mrs Neon signs come with either a free mounting or hanging kit (based on your selection), whereas the majority of other LED neon sign companies charge you extra for this. Warranty & Support

We are so confident in the quality craftsmanship of our LED Neon signs that we have extended our warranty to 2 years for indoor signs and 1 year for outdoor neon signs for faulty items and appropriate use. That means, that anytime after placing your order we will provide fast support or replace the Neon sign for you on the very rare chance that the sign arrives faulty or the LEDs, power pack or remote & dimmer stop working.
