Mr & Mrs Neon’s industry-leading neon sign designers meticulously handcraft every neon sign to order and follow strict quality control procedures to ensure you have the best quality neon sign that’s bright and long-lasting. We offer three (3) delivery options available at checkout, these include;

Standard: Orders are normally delivered in: 3-4 weeks (Free for orders over $299)

Fast Shipping: Orders are normally delivered in: 14 Days (Fee: $42)

Rush Order/ Express: Orders are normally delivered in: 6-10 Days (Fee: $119)

Please note that lead times begin once payment has been processed and your order has been received. Turnaround times include manufacturing and shipping of your neon sign. If there are any delays in the sign-off of the design proof, this may delay the process. Large neon signs, Outdoor signs and UV printed neon signs may take longer to manufacture due to the manufacturing process, however, all orders with express shipping will be prioritised. Both standard and express order customers will receive tracking numbers via email once your sign has been dispatched.

If you are in Australia and require your sign in under 3 weeks, you can select the express option at checkout (Fees apply). Please also let us know the required date you need the sign for, so we can confirm this will work with our production schedule.
