Ordering your Neon sign
Mr & Mrs Neon’s pricing on Neon signs can vary depending on several factors such as the size, complexity of design, and font choice.
On average, a small neon sign can cost around $200 to $500, while larger and more intricate designs can cost $1,000+.

Mr & Mrs Neon’s industry-leading neon sign designers meticulously handcraft every neon sign to order and follow strict quality control procedures to ensure you have the best quality neon sign that’s bright and long-lasting.
We offer two (2) delivery options available at checkout, these include;
Standard: Orders are normally delivered in:

Express: Orders are normally delivered in:
- 10-14 Days (Fee: $119)
Please note that lead times begin once payment has been processed and your order has been received. Turnaround times include manufacturing and shipping of your neon sign. If there are any delays in the sign-off of the design proof, this may delay the process. Large neon signs and UV print neon signs may take longer to manufacture due to their complexity, however, all orders with express shipping will be prioritised. Both standard and express order customers will receive tracking numbers via email once your sign has been dispatched.
If you are in Australia and require your sign in under 3 weeks, you can select the express option at checkout (Fees apply) Please also let us know the required date you need the sign for, so we can confirm this will work with our production schedule.
We understand a lot of our signs are used at important events. If you do have an event date and have selected the relevant shipping option, please email us at support@mrandmrsneon.com.au with your event details after purchase so we can be sure to make the production team aware of this date.

Yes, absolutely! We can turn your inspiration or logo into a custom Neon sign for you. Returns & Warranty
We are so confident in the quality craftsmanship of our LED Neon signs that we have extended our warranty to 2 years for indoor signs and 1 year for outdoor neon signs for faulty items and appropriate use. That means, that anytime after placing your order, we will provide fast support or replace the Neon sign for you on the very rare chance that the sign arrives faulty or the LEDs, power pack or remote & dimmer stop working.

Mr & Mrs Neon has spent the last 8 years perfecting its packaging to ensure your custom neon sign arrives safely to you.
In the unlikely event that your LED neon sign is damaged during transit, we should be able to replace the sign as long as it complies with our warranty policy. We will require you to report any damages and take photos of the sign, shipping label and any damages to the box/ packaging within 7 days of the delivery date of the sign.

LED Neon Flex vs Glass Neon
LED neon flex and glass neon signs are two different types of signage that offer distinct characteristics. Here are some key differences between the two:
Durability:
LED neon flex signs are made of flexible PVC tubing with built-in LED lights. The tubing is typically encased in a translucent or coloured silicone jacket, which provides a neon-like appearance when illuminated. LED neon flex is more versatile and can be bent, twisted, and shaped into various designs and letters, whereas traditional glass neon is made of fragile glass that is easily breakable.
Brightness:
LED neon flex offers a smooth and continuous line of light with a diffused glow. It can replicate the look of traditional glass neon signs but with a brighter output of 210Lm/m.
Flexible Design Options:
LED neon flex is highly flexible and can be easily shaped and manipulated to create intricate designs, curves, and letters. It offers greater design versatility and can be customized to fit specific requirements, whereas complex designs may be more challenging to achieve with glass neon due to the rigid nature of the glass tubes
Energy Efficiency and Lifespan:
LED neon flex is more energy-efficient compared to glass neon signs using only an input voltage of 24V/ 120V compared to glass neon using an input voltage of 3KV – 18KV. It consumes significantly less electricity and can achieve similar visual effects while using fewer resources. LED neon flex also has a significantly longer lifespan, typically lasting between 50,000 – 100,000 hours compared to 8,000 – 15,000 hours for glass neons.
Maintenance and Safety:
LED neon flex requires minimal maintenance and is considered safer to handle. It does not contain hazardous gases or fragile glass tubes like glass neon signs, reducing the risk of breakage during installation or maintenance. Simply put, LED neon signs don’t require maintenance whilst glass neons require regular maintenance by a trained professional.
Lightweight and Portable:
LED flex is considerably lighter than traditional glass neon tubes making LED neon signs lightweight enough to use just about anywhere including events, weddings, parties, home and bedroom décor, and so much more.
Easy to Install:
LED neon signs are quite simple to install and do not require a professional installation specialist. Our neon signs come with pre-drilled holes on the acrylic backboard to make mounting or hanging installation seamless.
LED neon signs offer significant advantages over traditional glass neon signs in terms of energy efficiency and lifespan, installation, durability, safety, and ease of disposal, making them a more environmentally friendly choice compared to traditional glass neon signs.
LED neon is generally considered more environmentally friendly than traditional glass neon. We have outlined a few well-known reasons why for you below.
- Energy Efficiency: LED neon lights consume significantly less energy than traditional glass neon lights. LEDs (light-emitting diodes) are highly energy-efficient and convert a greater percentage of electricity into light, minimizing wasted energy in the form of heat. This energy efficiency translates to reduced electricity consumption and lower greenhouse gas emissions.
- Longer Lifespan: LED neon lights have a longer lifespan compared to glass neon lights. While traditional glass neon lights typically last for about 8,000 to 15,000 hours, LED neon lights can last for 50,000 to 100,000 hours or even more, depending on the quality of the LEDs used. The extended lifespan means that LED neon lights require less frequent replacement, reducing waste generation.
- Lower Toxicity: Traditional glass neon lights contain small amounts of mercury, a toxic substance. In the event of breakage or improper disposal, mercury can be released into the environment, posing risks to human health and ecosystems. LED neon lights, on the other hand, do not contain mercury or other hazardous materials, making them safer for both the environment and human handling.
- Reduced Fragility: Glass neon lights are fragile and prone to breakage, especially during transportation, installation, or maintenance. Broken glass tubes require careful handling and disposal to prevent injury and potential environmental contamination. LED neon lights, being made of durable materials such as silicone or acrylic, are less fragile and less likely to break, resulting in lower waste generation.
- Lower Carbon Footprint: LED neon lights have a lower carbon footprint compared to traditional glass neon lights due to their energy efficiency and longer lifespan. The reduced energy consumption translates to lower greenhouse gas emissions, contributing to a smaller carbon footprint over the life cycle of the lighting system.
Overall, LED neon signs offer advantages in terms of energy efficiency, durability, safety, and ease of disposal, making them a more environmentally friendly choice compared to traditional glass neon signs.

As a global leader in providing custom neon signage solutions, Mr & Mrs Neon ships their signs all over the world, with no real limit to where we can ship. Please note that some international locations may require a customs payment upon delivery of the Neon sign. It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay for any import fees or taxes and not the responsibility of Mr & Mrs Neon.

Over the last 8 years, Mr & Mrs Neon has carefully selected some of the most reliable couriers to deliver your custom Neon signs. Due to the use of couriers, please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Installation
All of our neon signs are quite simple to install and do not require professional installation or maintenance. Our neon signs come with pre-drilled holes on the acrylic backboard to make mounting or hanging installation seamless.
There are a few different ways you can install your neon sign depending on the location and surface material, however, all Mr & Mrs Neon signs come with either a free mounting or hanging kit (based on your selection), whereas the majority of other LED neon sign companies charge you extra for this.
Wall Mounting Kit
Our mounting kits come with four (4) wall plugs, four (4) wall screws, and four (4) spacers & wall mount screws. This is for a standard, more permanent installation with the sign screwed into the wall – please see our neon sign mounting instructions here.
Hanging Kit
Our hanging kits come with two (2) steel wire cables, one (1) carabiner, and two (2) lanyard hooks. Can be used for both temporary and permanent installations, providing flexibility to allow you to hang your sign in different locations – whether that’s in your home or at events.
Other options
If you are looking for a more temporary hanging solution, you can mount your Neon sign with 3M Command strips. Please check the hanging weight restrictions and instructions for command strips before hanging your sign – you may also need to weigh your Mr & Mrs Neon sign first.
If you don’t have a mounting or hanging kit, you can use a strong fishing line, a chain or even cable ties – which could be perfect for an event or wedding.
Mr & Mrs Neon signs are lightweight and easy to install. If you can hang a picture frame, you can hang your custom Neon sign!
Most of our signs weigh between 2-7kgs. This is all due to the amount of acrylic used for the backing. Larger signs may weigh more than 7kgs. Always weigh your signs before installing so you can make sure you have the correct weight-bearing method to hang.

Yes, it is fine to keep your Neon sign turned on for extended periods of time. Led lights are used for their efficiency and long life span, with our quality LEDs lasting for more than 50,000 hours!
Whilst LED neon signs are fine to stay on for long periods of time, like anything electrical, as a safety precaution, we do recommend turning off your neon sign at the power outlet when no one is present or overnight.
All of Mr & Mrs Neon’s signs plug into a regular power outlet using a standard 12V power adapter. Our signs include 2m transparent exit wires making a total approximate length of 3-4m of cable to reach any power outlet. Please note all remotes are powered by 2 AA batteries.
