We offer three (3) delivery options available at checkout, these include;

Please note that lead times begin once payment has been processed and your order has been received. Turnaround times include manufacturing and shipping of your neon sign. If there are any delays in the sign-off of the design proof, this may delay the process. Large neon signs, Outdoor signs and UV printed neon signs may take longer to manufacture due to the manufacturing process, however, all orders with express shipping will be prioritised. Both standard and express order customers will receive tracking numbers via email once your sign has been dispatched.

If you are in Australia and require your sign in under 3 weeks, you can select the express option at checkout (Fees apply). Please also let us know the required date you need the sign for, so we can confirm this will work with our production schedule.

We understand a lot of our signs are used at important events. If you do have an event date and have selected the relevant shipping option, please email us at [email protected] with your event details after purchase so we can be sure to make the production team aware of this date.

LED neon flex is more energy-efficient compared to glass neon signs using only an input voltage of 24V/ 120V compared to glass neon using an input voltage of 3KV – 18KV. It consumes significantly less electricity and can achieve similar visual effects while using fewer resources. LED neon flex also has a significantly longer lifespan, typically lasting between 50,000 – 100,000 hours compared to 8,000 – 15,000 hours for glass neons.

The majority of neon signs are generally lightweight and easy to install (larger signs may require 2 or more people). If you can hang a picture frame, you can hang your custom Neon sign!

Most of our signs weigh between 2-8kgs. This is all due to the amount of acrylic used for the backing. Larger signs may weigh more than 8kgs. Always weigh your signs before installing so you can make sure you have the correct weight-bearing method to hang.

All of our neon signs are quite simple to install and do not require professional installation or maintenance. Our neon signs come with pre-drilled holes on the acrylic backboard to make mounting or hanging installation seamless.

There are a few different ways you can install your neon sign depending on the location and surface material, however, all of our signs come with either a free mounting or hanging kit (based on your selection).

Wall Mounting Kit
Our mounting kits come with four (4) wall plugs, four (4) wall screws, and four (4) spacers & wall mount screws. This is for a standard, more permanent installation with the sign mounted onto the wall – please see our neon sign mounting instructions here.

Hanging Kit
Our hanging kits come with two (2) steel wire cables, one (1) carabiner, and two (2) lanyard hooks. Can be used for both temporary and permanent installations, providing flexibility to allow you to hang your sign in different locations – whether that’s in your home or at events. Other options
If you are looking for a more temporary hanging solution, you can mount your Neon sign with 3M Command strips. Please check the hanging weight restrictions and instructions for command strips before hanging your sign – you may also need to weigh your Mr & Mrs Neon sign first.

If you don’t have a mounting or hanging kit, you can use a strong fishing line, a chain or even cable ties – which could be perfect for an event or wedding.
